Circle Meetings and Study 2011-2012

This year our study material will be Living Above Worry and Stress:  Women of Faith Bible Studies.  Patsy Clairmont, who spoke at the ONU Ladies Day in April 2011, is a member the Women of Faith group.  She is quite entertaining and very inspirational.  Any books and studies by the Women of Faith, written as a group or by an individual member, that I have used or read have been excellent.  Who of us doesn’t need to learn how to let go of worry and stress?  For those who wish to purchase the book for study, the price will be $5.  CWF will cover the remainder of the cost.

For any of you who might be interested in attending a CWF group, at the present time, we have two circles.  The Miriam Circle meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 9:30 a.m.  They sometimes meet at McDonalds and sometimes at the church.  Lois Bangs is leader for the Miriam Circle.  The Faith/Joy Circle meets the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the church library/parlor.  Sandy Wadley is the leader for the Faith/Joy circle.  Circle meetings usually consist of a brief business meeting, a lesson from the study materials, and refreshments. The circles will begin meeting  regularly in September.  Just watch the church calendar or Sunday bulletin for the date and time.  We’d love to see you at an upcoming circle meeting.  Lisa Garcia, CWF  President
